Using a low box to step up and down develops the strength of the lower body muscles and improves cardio-respiratory fitness. Memorising sequences of different stepping patterns provides challenge and satisfaction.
The tutor is a highly qualified and experienced fitness instructor.
Students should bring water and wear suitable, non-restrictive clothing and supportive footwear.
Students will need basic co-ordination and a sense of rhythm.
