About
This is a general course in watercolour, we will look at how to use watercolours, how to mix colours and we will paint a variety of subjects. The course will include:
- Learning to mix watercolour paints
- Looking at watercolour techniques
- Interpreting a variety of subjects in watercolour
Additional Information
Students will be required to bring some materials to class:
- Watercolour paints to include: Prussian Blue, Light Red, Ultramarine, Alizarin Crimson, Burnt Sienna, Raw Sienna, Gamboge, Titanium White, Sap Green and Viridian
- No 8 round watercolour brush
- Masking fluid
- Permanent white gouache
- Masking tape
- 2 plastic water containers
- Good size watercolour paper pad 140 lbs cold pressed
